Highlights: When I was eight years old, I made a childhood mistake that caused my parents serious trouble. I ran away from fear of punishment and hid in the woods for three days. YES! THREE DAYS! Mom wanted me punished… punished severely! Dad did not. She insisted. After several minutes, my father reluctantly agreed. I had never been punished before and thought, “OH NO! This is not part of the deal!” … I started crying for real.

Highlights: Esteemed psychiatrist Dr. Karl Menninger dissected the criminal justice system and concluded, “Our system of punishment actually INCREASES crime: the most violent crimes are committed by “criminals” on the run, trying to escape justice, to escape punishment.” He stated, “I suspect that all the crimes committed by all the jailed criminals do not equal in total social damage that of the crimes committed against them”.
Highlights: It would be GREAT, if ALL the lawbreakers came out of hiding in our neighborhoods and moved to Hurricane-City(TM). Even GREATER: A dangerous felon on the lam, gets a free pass to Hurricane-City(TM), rather than lurking in our neighborhoods, putting us all in danger. States will save TREMENDOUS Expense, and be free of dangerous “criminals!”
Highlights: The saying is correct, but the interpretation is wrong, Wrong, WRONG. It does not mean, “Not on my street, and not in Palo Alto.” It means, “Not on my street, but on streets or lots away from neighborhoods.”
AKA: Give the “Homeless-Streets” to the “Homeless-People.
